Due to the expansion of our business, we are hiring a Recruitment Assistant.
This person will support the Co-Founder of our business, based in the Dubai office and will provide all round recruitment and administration support to him.
The responsibilities include:
- Research for live roles, sourcing candidates, screening and adding notes to our database.
- Mapping of the candidate and client markets.
- Organising interviews.
- Organising meetings.
- Keeping the company database up to date, adding records.
- Sending out mail shots and tracking the response.
- Daily search of our external CV portals.
The ideal candidate needs:
- Experience working for a recruitment agency, ideally in a Research capacity.
- A can-do and very positive attitude.
- The ability to work autonomously, the Co-Founder will not always be in the office due to travel and meetings.
- High initiative.
The role is based in Downtown and the contractual hours are 9am to 5pm. Additional work may be required depending on current projects.
