Payroll Vacancies based in Singapore

My client a leading financial institution is looking to hire 3 payroll specialist at various levels in their team in Singapore. This is great opportunity to be part of US global organisation.

Location of the work – CBD


  • Support the Payroll Operations, Statutory Reporting, and Compliance.
  • Review payroll queries and respond in timely manner.
  • Support Payroll Transformation and Process Improvements projects and initiatives.
  • Support other critical time bound payroll projects and deliverables.

Qualifications/Work Experience:

  • Graduate/Diploma in Finance, Accounting, HR.
  • 5-10 years of experience in handling the Payroll Operation, Social Insurance, Income Tax and Regulatory Filings for Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan and China.
  • Experience in managing the payroll services thru a vendor.
  • Maintains accurate and timely Payroll Payments, Statutory Reporting and Payroll Compliances.
  • Experience in handling the Payroll Projects/Implementations.
  • Collaborator who can work independently.
  • PC Skills: Outlook, Excel, Word.
