Vacancy: Personal Assistant to Chairman

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading Global Investment Group, working directly for this very successful Chairman. The role is based in Dubai in a first-class office environment.

You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks day-to-day; focused on scheduling, organisation and wide-ranging administrative responsibilities.

The role is predominately based in Dubai, though international travel will be required.

Key responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain schedules for the Chairman
  • Coordinate schedules with drivers, aviation staff, and house managers
  • Work closely with Dubai-based house manager and staff
  • Manage expenses of Dubai property (staff of 4)
  • Arrange appointments, from restaurant bookings to business meetings
  • Liaise with other international property staff and business offices
  • Contribute to a warm, positive culture
  • Helping out with an assortment of projects as they arise


Desired skills and competencies:

A minimum of three to five years professional work experience is required; experience working for CEO’s and Company Owners a plus. You must have a Western passport to apply for this role (no travel restrictions) and MUST be degree educated. The successful candidate will:
